These terms cover your Zhuanyuntang account, AI reports, credit purchases, refunds, acceptable use, and our liability.

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Zhuanyuntang ("Zhuanyuntang", "we", "us", or "our"). Zhuanyuntang is operated by Jay Wang, an individual / sole trader operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered services, including Bazi charts, Zi Wei Dou Shu, I Ching readings, almanac date selection, naming, compatibility, and Feng Shui tools with AI-assisted reports, available at https://zhuanyuntang.net/ (the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
⚠️ Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
2.1 What we provide: Zhuanyuntang is an AI-powered platform that lets users receive traditional-culture readings and AI-assisted reports based on the birth time, place, and questions they provide, and save, view, and ask follow-up questions about those reports. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
2.2 Nature of the Service: The Service is an intangible digital product. Online purchase of credit packs is not open yet (coming soon), and the Service currently charges nothing. Once it opens, access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed (credits arrive instantly), and refunds are subject to the limits in Section 7.
2.3 AI model dependency: The Service uses the third-party AI model provider DeepSeek to generate report interpretations. Performance and availability may be affected by that provider's operations. We will notify users of major outages.
2.4 Nature of content: Readings and reports are for cultural learning, self-reflection, and general reference only. They are not medical, legal, investment, relationship, or other professional advice and do not guarantee outcomes.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account creation: You must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- 3.2 Account security: Contact qq184322331@gmail.com immediately if you notice unauthorized use.
- Do not share your login credentials or email verification codes with any third party.
- Keep your billing email address current.
- 3.3 Business accounts: If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
4. Credits and Credit Packs
The Service uses credits, which unlock report modules, follow-up questions, and other features; the credits each report needs are shown on the page. Online purchase of credit packs is not open yet (planned / coming soon): the Service currently offers no paid purchase or online top-up, and credits can only be earned for free, for example by verifying your email or checking in daily. Each pack's name, price, credits, and what it unlocks are published in advance at https://zhuanyuntang.net/pricing; every pack will be a one-time purchase that never auto-renews, and that page also shows whether purchase is open.
Credits are digital entitlements within the Service. They are not cash, deposits, or investment products and may not be transferred or traded outside the platform. Credits granted for email verification or promotions are not paid purchases.
5. Billing and Payment
5.0 Current status: online purchase is not open yet, and the Service does not charge you anything. Sections 5.1–5.3 and the refund policy in Section 7 will apply to purchased credits once it opens.
5.1 One-time purchase authorization: Every credit pack purchase is a one-time transaction; nothing renews or charges automatically. By completing a purchase you authorize Zhuanyuntang to charge your payment method the amount shown at checkout.
5.2 Auto top-up: The Service does not currently offer automatic top-ups.
5.3 Taxes: Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes. Where required by law, taxes are collected at checkout.
6. Credit Validity and Account Termination
6.1 Credit validity: Purchased credits do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase. If we change this rule in the future, we will give advance notice, and credits purchased before the change are not affected.
6.2 Account termination: If an account is terminated (by you or by us), unused credits are kept for 30 days after termination. After that they expire and are not refundable unless applicable law or Section 13 requires otherwise.
7. Refund Policy
Consumed credits are generally non-refundable, with these exceptions:
- Unused credits within 7 days of purchase: if the credits from a purchase have not been used within 7 days, you may request a full refund.
- Duplicate charges: duplicate charges caused by a billing error are refunded in full.
- Service failure: if credits were deducted but a report could not be unlocked or accessed because of our error, we return the credits or the payment.
- Statutory rights (EU/UK/Australia): first-time purchasers keep their 14-day right of withdrawal, which ends on first use.
- Send refund requests to qq184322331@gmail.com with your account email and transaction ID (order number). We confirm within 2 business days and return eligible refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Gifted credits are not refundable.
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please email qq184322331@gmail.com before disputing the transaction with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
9. AI Content and Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership of output: Subject to these Terms, AI content generated from your input ("Output") belongs to you. You may use Output for any lawful purpose permitted by Section 10.
9.2 License to input: By submitting content to the Service ("Input"), you grant Zhuanyuntang a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.
9.3 Third-party AI models: The Service uses the third-party AI model provider DeepSeek. Output may be affected by that provider's models. We do not guarantee a particular output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.
9.4 Accuracy of AI output: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before relying on it.
10. Acceptable Use Policy
10.1 Permitted use: You may use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal cultural learning, self-reflection, and reference.
10.2 Prohibited use: You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content, or use site content to intimidate, discriminate, or make high-risk decisions for another person.
- Create, distribute, or help produce deepfakes, including AI-synthesized audio, video, or images that impersonate real people or are meant to mislead viewers about their origin or authenticity.
- Generate content that sexualizes minors or violates child-protection laws.
- Create malware, phishing content, or cyberattack tools.
- Infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights, including submitting another person's birth details without authorization.
- Bypass or interfere with the Service's security features.
- Resell or sublicense access without prior written approval.
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or card network rule.
- 10.3 AI-specific restrictions: Use the Service's input, output, model responses, or any derived data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or otherwise develop any AI or machine-learning model that competes directly or indirectly with the Service or Zhuanyuntang's products.
- Systematically scrape, extract, or collect model output at scale for any purpose beyond your own authorized use.
- Present AI-generated content as the work of a human professional (such as a licensed doctor, lawyer, or financial adviser) where that could cause harm.
11. Data, Privacy, and Security
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://zhuanyuntang.net/privacy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is kept for 90 days after account deletion and then deleted, except transaction records we must keep by law.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
12.1 Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of AI output.
12.2 ⚠️ AI-generated content disclaimer: AI output from the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use it as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI content.
12.3 Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhuanyuntang is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Term and Termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account for serious breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. If we end the Service for reasons other than your breach, we refund the unused prepaid portion pro rata. You may delete your account at any time by contacting qq184322331@gmail.com.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before starting formal proceedings, please email qq184322331@gmail.com to try to resolve the matter informally.
15. General
We may update these Terms at any time. We will email you at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use means acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in full effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Zhuanyuntang.
