Information we receive
- Account information such as email, display name, an encrypted password when email login is used, a stable Google account identifier when Google login is used, and login sessions.
- Birth, question, location, and other information you enter into a tool. Precise coordinates and the IANA time zone are received only after you actively use browser location or enter them manually; they are stored with the report input for time correction.
- Reports, orders, credits, and support messages associated with your account.
- Basic technical and security information needed to operate the site.
How information is used
We use information to generate reports, keep your account and entitlements accurate, answer support requests, protect the service, and improve product quality. We do not present traditional-culture results as professional advice.
Sharing and service providers
If you choose Google sign-in, your browser is redirected to Google for authentication. We request only the basic identity scopes and receive your verified email, display name, and stable Google account identifier; we do not access contacts, Drive, or other Google service data. Other providers are used only as needed for infrastructure, email, analytics, or future payment features. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices
Browser location is never requested automatically. Denying location does not prevent a civil-time chart. You may contact us about account access, data correction, or deletion requests. We may need to verify ownership and retain limited records where required for security, accounting, or dispute handling.
