2. Personal Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide:
- Account information: email, display name, password (stored only as a hash, for email login), and login sessions.
- Third-party sign-in: with Google sign-in we receive only your verified email, display name, and stable Google account identifier; we do not access contacts, Drive, or other Google data.
- Reading information: the birth date and time, birthplace, names (for naming and compatibility tools), topics, and questions you enter to generate reports, and your follow-up questions.
- (Applies once online purchase opens; it is not open yet.) Payment information: order number, amount, currency, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers; card data is handled by our payment processor Waffo Pancake (see Section 5).
- Communications: the name, contact details, message, and source page you send through the feedback form or email.
- Daily fortune emails: if you subscribe, we keep the subscription email and the birth details used to generate the daily reading.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and network: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, language, and time zone.
- Usage: page visits, feature use, report generation and unlock records, and credit history.
- Logs: request times, error logs, performance data, and security audit logs.
- Location (optional): only after you click "Use current location as birthplace" and allow browser location, we read precise coordinates and time zone for solar-time correction and store them with that report's input. Declining does not limit the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
We may aggregate or de-identify data for statistics; such data cannot identify you. We do not use your input to train AI models.

4. Cookies and Tracking
Analytics tool: Google Analytics (privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy). You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Blocking strictly necessary cookies prevents sign-in.
- Strictly necessary: login sessions, security, and core features — cannot be turned off
- Functional: preferences such as language — can be turned off
- Analytics: anonymous usage statistics to improve the product — can be turned off
- Marketing: we do not use marketing or advertising cookies
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information, including "sale" as defined by laws such as the CCPA. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: cloud hosting and database, email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics), and authentication (Google sign-in) providers, used only as needed to run the Service and bound by confidentiality. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers.
- AI model provider: to generate reports and answer follow-up questions, we send the necessary calculation results, birth details, and your questions to DeepSeek. We never send your password or payment details.
- Legal and regulatory requirements: as required by law, court order, or a lawful request from authorities.
- Business transfers: in a merger or acquisition, with advance notice and continued protection.
- With your consent: for other purposes, with your explicit prior consent.
6. Security
If a security incident affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours of discovery as required by law. Keep your credentials safe and do not share them.
- Encryption in transit: TLS / HTTPS across the site.
- Storage: passwords are stored only as hashes; email codes expire and are invalidated after use.
- Access control: least privilege, with separate authentication for the admin console.
- Regular database backups and log auditing.
7. Retention
- Account information: while the account exists; deleted or anonymized within 90 days of account deletion.
- Reports and reading input: while the account exists; deleted within 90 days of account deletion.
- Transaction records (orders, credit history): kept as tax and accounting rules require, usually 5 years, then deleted.
- Support and feedback records: 2 years, then securely deleted.
- Security audit logs: 12 months, then securely deleted.
- Daily fortune subscription: deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing.
8. Your Rights

- Right to withdraw consent: for example, unsubscribe from daily fortune emails.
- If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Marketing and Unsubscribing
We do not send promotional emails. If you subscribe, we send daily fortune emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the "Unsubscribe" link in the email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not stop essential service notices (email verification, billing, security).
10. International Transfers
Our servers and service providers (including Waffo Pancake, DeepSeek, and Google) may be located outside your country or region. For cross-border transfers we:
- Transfer only the minimum data needed to provide the Service.
- Choose providers with appropriate security and compliance practices and, where feasible, use data processing agreements that include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- Encrypt data in transit.
11. Children
The Service is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe your child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services (such as Google sign-in and the payment checkout). This policy covers only information we collect directly. We are not responsible for third parties' data practices; please review their policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
For material changes we will notify you at least 15 days in advance through a site notice or your registered email, and update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
